This trophy is the property of the South Bay Scooter Club.
The trophy is to be raced as the second to last trophy race if sailed for by scooter class yachts.
It shall be one race over a three (3) mile triangular course for a total of twelve (12) miles.
Any class of three or more ice boats may race for this trophy, and to be scored the winner must complete the race in sixty (60) minutes or less to be considered official.
All existing rules of the class racing shall apply.
Any changes to this deed of gift must be approved by the South Bay Scooter Club trophy committee.
Voted on and approved Mar. 21, 1996 by the trophy committee.
