This trophy is the property of the South Bay Scooter Club.
The trophy is to be raced for annually if possible.
It shall be one race over a three (3) mile triangular course for a total of twelve (12) miles.
Only small boats will be scored and the winner must complete the race in sixty (60) minutes or less to be considered official.
All existing rules of the South Bay Scooter Club in force at the time of the race shall apply.
Any changes to this deed of gift must be approved by the South Bay Scooter Club trophy committee.
Voted on and approved Mar. 21, 1996 by the trophy committee.
