This trophy is to be awarded to the Small Scooter ( less than 150 square ft. of sail ) that acquires the least points in small and open races on the basis of relative position to other Small Scooters.
A Scooter to win must sail in 75% of all races sailed.
A race started cannot be thrown out, but must count in overall standings.
Total number of points will be on a percentage basis.
This is a perpetual trophy.
E.I.Y.A. races do not count.
50% of races must be held on G.S.B.
