J. K. Dominy Sr. Agrees to rededicate the Commodore's Cup as a perpetual trophy, to be raced for by the scooters belonging to the South Bay Scooter Club under the following conditions:
At least (4) four scooters to start to constitute a race.
There will be a time limit of 45 min.
The course shall be at least 12 miles in length over a triangular course.
The course shall be within a 50 mile radius of Bellport.
This cup is to remain the property of the South Bay Scooter Club.
If for any reason, the Cup be retired from racing it shall automatically return to the “Dominy” family.
