| Check-In Procedure |
1. When you arrive at Patchogue Shorefront Park, regatta personnel will direct you to a location where you may temporarily park for 30 minutes to unload Opti. Empty trailers will be stored in the lot, east of the Park for the duration of the regatta. See the Shorefront Park map for location of 'all day' car parking.
2. Opti storage locations are chosen at registration. Use the Park/Launch Area Map to locate your assigned spots and place your Optis there.
3. Check in at the Check-in/Registration table in the tent.
4. Proceed to the measurement and safety check location and fully rig your Opti.
Safety/Coach Boats People bringing safety coach boats may launch them free of charge at Pine Neck Ave. ramp on Pine Neck Ave. Follow instructions on the map or directions from regatta personnel. Empty trailers will be stored for the duration of the regatta at Shorefront Park lot. Dockage for these boats will be at the venue off the moored barges and floating docks. All safety/coach boats will anchor out or be tied to the barges and floating docks using bow/stern anchors. |
